Amanda Chen leads editorial at GLPOneReview. She sets the methodology, owns the corrections workflow, and reviews every published ranking before it goes live.

Role

As Lead Editor, Amanda is responsible for editorial direction across the publication. This includes the six-criterion provider rubric we apply identically to every reviewed program, the verification cadence for pricing and pharmacy claims, the corrections workflow, and the editorial calendar. She is the final approver on every published provider ranking and is the named editor on most provider review pages.

Background

Amanda's background is in health journalism with an emphasis on consumer-facing telehealth coverage. She has a particular focus on how the compounded GLP-1 market intersects with FDA shortage policy, state pharmacy board enforcement, and direct-to-consumer telehealth regulation. She edits the news desk, the comparison pages, and the editorial standards documentation.

Editorial principles she enforces

• Every clinical claim is sourced to a peer-reviewed primary trial, an FDA document, or a clinical guideline. See our research bibliography.
• Every pricing claim is verified by direct provider observation within 30 days of publication.
• Every pharmacy partner claim is verified against the named pharmacy's state license and 503A/503B classification.
• Corrections are logged with date, original error, and revised text. See corrections log.
